Our client is seeking a motivated Administrator to join our Private Client team. You will assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring all work is carried out accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of low to medium-risk trust and company structures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Liaise with external advisors, including investment managers, lawyers, and accountants.
- Ensure timely completion of client requests and accurate record keeping.
- Support compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Requirements:
- Experience in trust or company administration preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Working towards or interested in a professional qualification (e.g. STEP or ICSA).
