The role includes assessing AI opportunities, facilitating use-case workshops, creating reusable prompts and playbooks, tracking adoption metrics, and producing clear user documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in AI or digital adoption in professional services or legal environments, strong business analysis and communication skills, and familiarity with data fundamentals and AI risks, with relevant certifications desirable.
