Job Description

Our client is seeking a Human Capital Manager (Employee Relations, Policy, Absence and Wellbeing Lead) to oversee absence, wellbeing, employee relations, and policy within the People Operations team. The role includes managing leave, developing wellbeing strategies, reporting on absence and ER matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies, and overseeing employment manual and contractual updates. The manager will lead a team of Senior Associates and supervise virtual administrative support. Candidates should hold a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with experience in employee relations, HR technology, coaching, wellbeing strategy, and the employee lifecycle, and may be required to travel between islands.
