Our well-regarded client is seeking an Innovation & Solution Design Manager to join their Business Solutions team.

This is a pivotal role focused on driving innovation, shaping solution design, and leading the delivery of technology initiatives across the business, with a particular emphasis on the evolving use of AI.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance business insight, and elevate the quality of service delivered to clients.

The successful candidate will have proven experience translating business requirements into strategic technology roadmaps that support investment decisions and technology adoption. Exposure to the trust and corporate services sector, alongside experience delivering end-to-end technology projects and business applications, would be highly advantageous.

You will possess a strong understanding of solution design methodologies, with the ability to analyse complex challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical teams across the business.

A genuine passion for technology innovation and the responsible application of emerging technologies, including AI, within a professional services environment is key to success in this role.
