Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Innovation Manager to lead the Innovation Hub team and help define and implement its external-facing operating model and innovation proposition. The role involves leading delivery across horizon scanning, industry engagement and sandbox-style initiatives, managing and developing the Adviser within the team, coordinating with Policy and Supervision teams, and producing high-quality briefings on emerging technologies including AI, tokenisation and payment innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills, experience leading multiple workstreams, and the ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear and practical messaging within a financial services or regulatory environment.
