Job Description

We're recruiting for an exciting senior-level opportunity within a leading international financial services organisation. This role sits within the People & Culture team and is focused on shaping employee engagement, internal communications, and company culture across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will lead engagement initiatives, employee listening programmes, internal communications campaigns, and culture-focused projects that enhance the overall employee experience. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive organisational values, support change and transformation initiatives, manage engagement surveys, and deliver data-driven insights that influence decision-making.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a background in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or marketing. Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within a multi-jurisdictional or global organisation will be key to success in this role.
