Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Fund Administration to join their growing team.

This role is responsible for overseeing the administration of a complex portfolio of private capital fund and corporate structures, ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team, manage key client relationships, support new business on-boarding, and drive continuous improvement across the function.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience within a fund administration environment.
  • Proven management and team leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of private capital structures, including private equity and venture capital funds.
  • Fund company secretarial experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and client deliverables.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Must meet Table 4 qualification requirements.
