Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Fund Administration to join their growing team.
This role is responsible for overseeing the administration of a complex portfolio of private capital fund and corporate structures, ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team, manage key client relationships, support new business on-boarding, and drive continuous improvement across the function.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience within a fund administration environment.
- Proven management and team leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of private capital structures, including private equity and venture capital funds.
- Fund company secretarial experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and client deliverables.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Must meet Table 4 qualification requirements.
