Our client is seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional who thrives on partnering with senior leaders to drive business performance, lead organisational change, and deliver impactful people solutions.

In this role, you'll provide end-to-end HR business partnering support across a diverse portfolio, influencing key people decisions, workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, performance management, reward, and change initiatives. You'll use data and insights to inform strategy, collaborate with specialist HR teams, and champion a high-performance, people-first culture.

Are you a commercially astute HR professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and 5–7 years' HR Business Partner experience gained in a complex corporate environment. You'll have exceptional stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of delivering innovative people solutions that enable business success.
