Our commercial client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to lead a small, high-performing finance team for their group of companies. Providing high quality financial and administrative support to the business and proactively contributing as a member of the senior leadership team of the company.

You will be a qualified Accountant and have a minimum of 5 years experience within a commercial environment. Strong technically with a proven track record of delivering objectives and successfully implementing change.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team player is essential, with the ability to communicate as a Senior within the leadership team and when managing, motivating and developing a high performing team of 5.
