Our client is an Investment Management business who is seeking a key person to join them as their Compliance Officer.

If you are someone who has experience in presenting at board level and have previous experience working in a Senior Compliance role in Jersey or Guernsey, then this might be the role for you.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications:

• Hands on approach
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Inquisitive & analytical mind-set
• Good organizational & co-ordination skills, with attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of Jersey Financial Services Commission  – Codes of Practice for Business and Guernsey Financial Services Commission Protection of Investors Law
• Knowledge of the wealth management industry in Jersey and Guernsey would be advantageous but not essential
• Educated to degree standard and should have a professional qualification
• Professional Compliance Qualification
