Job Description
The Specialist in Business Risk Control, International Client Solutions is responsible for managing and controlling risk exposure, focusing on operational and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks. They provide advice, support, and guidance to ensure the business operates within regulatory stipulations.
The role involves ongoing and retrospective monitoring of AML-related matters, facilitating the Business Acceptance Committee Forum, and arranging training sessions for International Client Solutions teams. Collaborating with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, central BCU Team, Internal Audit, and management, the Specialist also conducts ongoing monitoring of client transactions and funds, maintains and updates AML-related procedures, and advises on client issues related to AML, sanctions, and potential sanctions.
The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in risk, governance, and compliance management in the financial services industry.
