Our client is seeking a Senior Officer to join its global and in-house Corporate Governance team. The role involves providing top-tier internal corporate governance support to around 25 companies across various locations.
A few of the key duties include setting up and keeping up with committee terms of reference, director responsibility lists, board action trackers, annual schedules, organised agendas, and forward planning. Along with entity administration and compliance, other responsibilities of the job include responding to internal customer due diligence requests, scheduling document execution and approvals, keeping statutory and non-statutory registers, and preparing and submitting files to pertinent registries and authorities.
The ideal applicant will have appropriate legal and/or corporate governance expertise in a regulated professional services setting, as well as be organised, detail-oriented, and full of energy. An interest in AI and tech solutions for governance and secretarial tasks is advantageous.
