Job Description

The Onboarding Support Senior Associate role is a crucial part of the Client Lifecycle team, providing technical knowledge and sector-specific experience to clients. 

Your duties would include handling onboarding mailboxes, guaranteeing data quality, and resolving technical concerns brought up by Engagement teams on Acceptance systems. Building partnerships with outsourced suppliers, supporting KYC and Acceptance UAT, and helping with client and engagement acceptance risk processes are all additional responsibilities of the function.

You would need to have the ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, concentrate on analysis, operate in unclear circumstances, drive operational efficiencies, be accurate, and pay close attention to detail when handling masses of data.
