Our client is seeking a Senior Client Support Officer to assist their front office teams in clearing outstanding actions from client reviews and supporting various client and business tasks.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality service to both internal and external clients, working closely with clients to obtain necessary documentation and clear outstanding actions from client reviews and other projects. You will provide guidance to fiduciary teams on statutory matters and management tasks, ensuring that all work complies with relevant guidelines and policies. Additionally, you will manage and administer management reporting tools using Excel, maintaining a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the fiduciary field, with a solid understanding of complex structures, risk, and CDD policies. Proficiency in AML requirements, trust and company law is essential, along with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
