This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career within a supportive and fun environment! Our client is a reputable independent financial advisor and in this role you will work alongside and support their Corporate Pensions Team in providing comprehensive administration to the Corporate Pension Schemes and Individual Pension members.
Our client will provide full training on all aspects of the role, including their client database and document management systems, together with their processes and procedures for managing time- critical financial transactions.
Relevant qualifications are encouraged and will be supported !
Responsibilities include:
• Request and process monthly contributions
• Enrol new pension scheme members
• Issue pension options to members
• Valuation and log in details
• Reply to member questions
• Communicate with Corporate Clients, Corporate Scheme members and Trustees as required.
• Provide general administration support adhering to procedures at all times.
• Build positive and professional relationships with team members.
• Continually look for ways to improve work efficiency and processes by recommending changes.
• Prioritise work to meet customer demands
Person Specification
Ideally some experience in working in an office or regulated Financial Services Business
Proficient use of Outlook, Excel and Word
Skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good client service skills

Ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Must be Jersey Resident for at least 5 years
