Job Description

Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join their great team on a 6-12 month fixed term contract, 25 hours per week.

As Facilities Assistant, your responsibilities will involve reception desk cover, assisting with ordering of stationary and refreshments, distribution of daily office post and couriers, office messages for staff, carry out new joiner inductions etc.

The right candidate should be professional in their approach, confidential when working on internal matters and self-motivated and pro-active.
