The Trainee Administrator, Private Client role is a comprehensive company and trust administration service, requiring daily administrative tasks under direct supervision.
Your responsibilities would include; responding to routine queries, payments, updating records, and maintaining confidentiality. You will support the team with payments, internal projects, and junior administration matters. They will also be responsible for preparing client due diligence packs, ensuring files comply with the company's policy and procedures, liaising with other departments, maintaining accurate databases, recording time on the company's time recording system, and assisting in achieving financial targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, knowledge of Microsoft Office, a willingness to study for a professional qualification, excellent communication skills, initiative, and strong organizational and time management skills.
