Job Description
An Knowledge Operations Manager is being sought to lead a team of Knowledge Management (KM) professionals in the development and adoption of knowledge systems.
The role involves managing the team, ensuring all members are adequately trained, and participating in the preparation, forecasting, and management of the Department's Annual Budget. The role also involves advising on how knowledge tools can address knowledge needs, encouraging knowledge sharing among legal teams and business services, promoting and implementing policies and procedures for governance and data management strategies, monitoring site analytics, and driving the development and adoption of external client knowledge solutions.
The KM Helpdesk service is provided to the firm, and awareness updates are provided to fee-earners. The role also involves capturing, organizing, and providing easy access to relevant knowledge for teams, as well as providing access and training on research resources and induction support to new starters.
