Job Description
Our client is seeking a passionate and driven individual to manage client onboarding processes efficiently, accurately, and effectively.
Key responsibilities include collecting and reviewing necessary documentation, researching clients to meet regulatory requirements, conducting research using onboarding software, and ensuring a trouble-free onboarding experience.
You will also research the source of wealth and funds of higher risk clients, maintain high standards of service delivery, assist Fee-Earners, BAs, and other business services colleagues on file opening questions, escalate issues to management, conduct conflicts searches, communicate regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and identify clients as PEPs.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be a confident IT user, have experience in a law firm or professional services firm, and have previous experience in a client onboarding role. Full training will be provided.
