Job Description
The Risk & Quality Senior Associate role is an 18-month fixed-term contract within the dynamic Risk and Compliance services team. The role entails collaborating with the Firmwide Risk Manager and the Independence and Ethics Director to drive the execution of risk and compliance projects, such as network standards assessments, QMSE reporting processes for Compliance, Independence and E&BC, policy development, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The role also involves collaborating with Functional Areas Leads to grasp how the Firm navigates risk amidst growing network and regulatory demands.
Responsibilities include the annual assessment process for Network Standards compliance, updating access lists, rolling forward and pre-populating assessments, communicating findings to relevant leads, documenting remediation plans, and monitoring the completion of findings and remediation plans. Additional responsibilities involve filling the Findings Tracker, aiding in communication, overseeing findings, crafting reports for the Firmwide Risk Management Meeting, upkeeping a Firmwide Risk Register, generating reports on top risks, ageing risks, new risks, and contributing to the development and execution of an ERM System.
Qualifications and certifications would be beneficial, and further study support is available. Essential skills include strong organizational skills, enthusiasm, excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management.
