This role entails overseeing and enhancing the Group's International Employment Services (IES) operations, establishing and achieving objectives that resonate with corporate strategies, and skillfully managing people and resources.

The main responsibilities involve setting up, executing, and consistently enhancing departmental goals, policies, objectives, and procedures, overseeing daily operations, ensuring effective resource management, identifying and strategising to broaden the scope of IES services for both current and prospective clients, fostering and sustaining positive customer relationships, tracking agency performance, and guiding financial and budgeting activities.

The role includes recruiting staff into essential positions, developing and sharing briefings, ensuring accurate completion of records and returns, addressing enquiries about policies, procedures, and programs, and representing the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

The role demands senior operational management experience, a CIPD qualification, knowledge of payrolls in an international setting, strong financial acumen, quick assimilation of information, motivational leadership skills, a knack for identifying new business opportunities, and experience in recruitment within an international context, preferably in a risk management environment.
