Job Description
The Business Controls Senior Manager, Global Operations, will collaborate closely with the Head of Business Controls to create and uphold a global framework of policies, procedures, and processes for the company's Governance Services.
The role includes a dynamic range of responsibilities, including reviewing, updating, and developing policies and procedures across various operating jurisdictions. It ensures compliance with governance processes while supporting and leading projects aimed at creating new services.
The position involves analysing and mapping new legal and regulatory requirements, providing training for the team, and managing templates, checklists, and processes. Additionally, it includes assisting the Head of Business Controls in identifying and assessing risks, collaborating with Business Services teams, receiving and implementing feedback, and identifying and implementing workflow and process improvements.
Key requirements include holding a degree or equivalent, possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position, demonstrating outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a sincere passion for assisting and supporting individuals, a strong emphasis on client service, maintaining high ethical standards, and fostering a welcoming working atmosphere.
