Our Client, a top tier multi-jurisdictional provider of high-quality trust, corporate, and governance services is looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate Manager to lead their marketing team to execute the group marketing strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing branding, managing external communications, coordinating with agencies, maintaining the department budget and optimising on core market channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and monitor the group marketing content strategy striving to deliver optimal brand awareness among target global audiences, deepen existing client and intermediary relationships and support new business generation
Maintain and develop external promotional content, delivering consistent brand messaging and raising the profile of expertise in core service areas
Lead on content planning and coordination across internal subject matter experts, distribute content on website and social media channels
Monitor media and audience engagement and performance gathering meaningful insights to shape content strategy, identify industry hot topics, and find campaign opportunities or gaps against business goals
Work pro-actively seeking out new industry opportunities or strategic partnerships in order to raise their profile in the market place
Support on marketing channel management (including email marketing, social media channels, website and Intranet) – managing and assisting with internal & external requests from the business
Support development of Employee Advocacy across marketing channels to elevate brand authority and amplify reach
Essential skills our client is looking for:
Solid experience in the industry is required showcasing expertise in international marketing management
Hold a recognised Marketing qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or CIM qualification
Have a track record of executing marketing initiatives through effective planning, prioritisation, and strategic implementation
Ability to understand and successfully undertake brand awareness and lead generation focused marketing plans across regions with differing requirements
Previous experience of content writing in multiple formats across different communication channels
High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
