As Governance & Company Secretarial Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Developing and implementing processes to support excellent corporate governance
- Review and circulation of board packs
- Oversea production of minutes
- Managing the action list from meetings held
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all secretarial activities
- Acting as a B-Level signatory
- Supporting team wide projects and cyclical tasks (financial statements, review of static data amendments, review of investor upload of various documents)
The candidate should hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification (Chartered Governance Institute or equivalent) and have sound technical financial services knowledge.
