As Governance & Company Secretarial Manager, your responsibilities will include;

  • Developing and implementing processes to support excellent corporate governance
  • Review and circulation of board packs
  • Oversea production of minutes
  • Managing the action list from meetings held
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all secretarial activities
  • Acting as a B-Level signatory
  • Supporting team wide projects and cyclical tasks (financial statements, review of static data amendments, review of investor upload of various documents)

The candidate should hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification (Chartered Governance Institute or equivalent) and have sound technical financial services knowledge.
