Job Description
We are seeking a temporary resource to support our client's pension team in the day-to-day client servicing activity, while working on a project to introduce a new platform. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting large volumes of data into systems, processing and reconciling pension monies and to provide general administration support to the team and pension clients. The right candidate will need to be highly motivated and organised.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately and swiftly input large volumes of data into various systems.
• Ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
• Support the team in meeting client service level agreements
• Always ensure excellent client servicing and communication standards.
• Collating CDD and liaising with the Compliance Team as required.
• Deal with general administration tasks
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the pension department.
Required Skills:
• At least 3 years’ experience of financial services.
• Experience in client service administration
• Excellent data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
• Strong excel skills
• MS Office inc. Teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt
