Are you an experienced HR professional with a hands-on approach? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support a busy Postal Operations team with a focus on employee relations, absence management, wellbeing, and recruitment.
You'll work closely with managers to improve attendance, drive performance, and use HR data to support real change on the ground.
What you’ll need:

5+ years’ generalist HR experience (CIPD preferred)

Strong knowledge of employment law
