Client Onboarding Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly capable Client Onboarding Relationship Manager to lead the daily operations of our Client Onboarding team. This role is central to managing the end-to-end client acceptance process, including Know Your Client (KYC) checks, client due diligence, and onboarding support for all Lines of Service (LoS) within the BCI firm. You will oversee a team of Onboarding Advisers, acting as a key liaison between client-facing teams and internal risk functions.
Working closely with our KYC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will ensure consistent application of onboarding standards and regulatory compliance across the firm. This role demands excellent people leadership, strong relationship management, and a proactive approach to driving operational efficiency and data quality.
Experience in client risk management and understanding of KYC, financial regulatory
environment, and AML risk implications. Proven experience in Client Risk Management, particularly around KYC/AML and financial regulation.
