Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Client Director to join and help lead our Executive Compensation Services (ECS) team. This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to guide a high-performing team, shape strategic growth, and drive operational excellence within one of our firm’s core service lines.
This position is designated as a Category 3 Senior Management Function under the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) regulatory framework. As such, you will carry critical responsibilities under the Money Laundering (Jersey) Order 2008 and related AML/CFT/CPF Codes of Practice. Senior Managers must demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and regulatory compliance at all times.
Key Requirements:
- JFSC Category A employee, holding a recognised Table 4 qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in trustee services, with deep expertise in executive compensation and share plans.
