Company Secretarial Administrator – Governance, Compliance & Risk

(Flexible working hours (25–30 hours per week)

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about good governance.

You’ll be part of a small, committed team supporting the delivery of strong corporate governance. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining company records, compiling board packs, preparing minutes, supporting returns to the Registry, and liaising with insurance brokers. You'll also play a key role in data protection, assisting with access requests and breach response procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain statutory company records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Prepare and distribute board and committee packs and draft meeting minutes
  • Support with Registry filings and insurance renewals

Do you have at least 18 months’ experience in a company secretarial or governance role and knowledge of Jersey Companies Law and governance practices preferred.
