Job Description
Our client is seeking a professional Workplace Investigator with an HR background to carry out impartial workplace investigations in line with company policies, employment law and ACAS guidelines. This 3 month role involves gathering and analysing evidence, interviewing witnesses, preparing clear and factual investigation reports and, where required, attending disciplinary hearings as a witness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and expected workplace behaviours, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. While prior investigation experience is desirable, it is essential that candidates are ACAS qualified (or equivalent).
