Our client is seeking an Operational Technology Specialist to join their team.

This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver innovative tech solutions that drive efficiency and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have software development skills in C++, .NET, or PHP, be familiar with SQL databases, data extraction, and analysis, and have a working knowledge of electronics including microcontrollers and interface protocols. Experience with agile methodologies, web-based applications, and APIs (SOAP, REST) is essential. Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs), familiarity with desktop/server OS deployment, and the ability to author technical specs and manage system testing are key. Understanding or qualification in ITSM principles is also required.
