Our client is seeking a Trust Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex client structures while leading and developing a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, including complex structures and diverse assets (properties, investments, vehicles, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for junior team members.
- Ensure accurate authorisation and recording of transactions with a strong focus on risk management.
- Monitor profitability of client portfolios and identify commercial opportunities.
- Support Associate Director / Client Director in delivering strategic objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of trust and company administration, including offshore jurisdictions.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management
Proven leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented approach/. - Microsoft Office competency (Business Central experience advantageous).
- Commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
