Client Relationship Manager – Private Equity
Our client is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager – Private Equity to join their dynamic administration team. You will be responsible for managing a limited portfolio of fund structures, ensuring high-quality client service while collaborating closely with the Senior Client Relationship Manager or Associate Director – Administration.
This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, manage client relationships, and play a key part in the success of our private equity team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a limited portfolio of fund structures.
Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice for clients.
Develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates. - Attend and minute client board and shareholder meetings.
- Prepare, review, distribute, and file periodic financial statements in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Act as a “B” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring adherence to policies and professional standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
Proven financial services experience, ideally in private equity or fund administration.
