Job Description
Our client is seeking a Human Capital Manager to join their People Operations team on an 18-month contract.
This pivotal role will lead on reward strategy, HR systems, and policy development while supporting broader employee lifecycle initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a passion for impactful people solutions, and hold CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent). Ideally, we are looking for an experienced manager with a background in leading teams, as there will be direct reports into this role. Experience in a similar environment, particularly with systems like Workday, data, reward, and policy, is highly desirable but not essential.
