Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team in Jersey.

The Senior Legal Counsel will be a core member of the in-house legal team, providing legal advice to the Board and Senior Management and working closely with client-facing employees and external advisers on legal matters arising in the day-to-day administration of complex, high-value fiduciary structures. Reporting to the Group Head of Legal, the successful candidate will also draft and review trust instruments and contractual agreements, provide transactional support for client entity restructurings, acquisitions and sales, and manage and mentor junior Legal Counsel. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating instructions to external advisers, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance and developing client relationships to support business growth within a collaborative, international environment.
