Our client is seeking an experienced AML Manager to lead their Fund Solutions team.

In this role, you will oversee all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operations, including client due diligence, monitoring, and reporting. You will develop and implement AML policies and procedures, lead and mentor the team, investigate suspicious activity, and act as the main point of contact for regulators and external partners. The role also involves delivering AML training, promoting a strong compliance culture, and ensuring the business meets all regulatory requirements. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in AML compliance within financial services, with a strong understanding of Jersey frameworks.
