Job Description

We’re looking for a driven compliance professional to lead our Independence, Ethics and Business Conduct programme, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead independence, ethics, and business conduct compliance (anti-bribery, conflicts, insider trading, etc.) 
• Design and implement monitoring frameworks and remediation plans 
• Draft and update policies in line with IESBA, UK regulations, and global standards 
• Deliver ethics training and embed an ethical culture across the firm 
• Manage reporting under Audit Quality Standards and oversee regulatory/audit reviews

What we’re looking for:

• ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years’ experience in audit, independence, ethics, or compliance
• Strong technical knowledge of IESBA and global independence standards
• Skilled in compliance systems, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• A proactive leader with sharp problem-solving skills
