Our client is seeking a Risk Programme Manager to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of strategic risk initiatives across the Firmwide Risk function.
In this pivotal role, you will manage cross-functional programmes, ensure regulatory compliance, implement risk frameworks, provide senior stakeholders with clear, audit-ready reporting, coordinate resources across multiple workstreams, and facilitate onboarding and role clarity for new team members. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in risk management or compliance within professional services or financial institutions, strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication skills, the ability to lead complex programmes with multiple stakeholders, strong organisational skills, digital acumen, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach, as well as experience with internal risk frameworks such as QMSE and ISQM1, familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms for risk control tracking, and professional certifications such as CRCM, CPA, or equivalent. Professional qualifications in risk management, governance, or project management are desirable, with a willingness to obtain recognised credentials if not already achieved.
