Job Description
Our client is seeking a Relationship Support Officer, Corporate and Business Banking on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and a seamless banking experience. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, resolving queries efficiently, preparing and processing account documentation, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with the onboarding of new clients in line with compliance and policy standards. The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification (a Diploma in Banking, Finance, or Accounting is preferred) and 1–2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach are key to success in this role.
