Job Description
Our client is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead their AP, AR, and cash management functions — driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across their finance operations.
Working closely with the Head of Finance Operations, you’ll manage and develop a talented team, streamline processes, and ensure they deliver a first-class finance service across the business.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coach the Finance Operations team.
- Oversee AP, AR, and bank management activities.
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Act as the go-to person for operational finance queries.
What you’ll bring
- Experience managing finance operations in a professional services or partnership environment.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in AP/AR management and process optimisation.
- Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) desirable.
- Knowledge of systems like Elite or ViewPoint a plus.
