Our client is seeking a skilled Service Delivery Analyst/Expert to join their team and provide outstanding IT support to their clients. You’ll resolve technical issues, maintain client systems, and deliver excellent service both remotely and onsite when required.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and server issues.
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated on support tickets.
- Perform maintenance, configuration, and deployment tasks.
- Document all work accurately and maintain client environment knowledge.
Key Skills
- Experience in IT support or service delivery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Document Management systems.
