Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director to support the growth and strategic development of their Jersey fiduciary business. Working closely with the Directors, you will manage a portfolio of high-quality clients, strengthen relationships with intermediaries, and contribute to business development while ensuring strong risk management and governance.

The role involves leading and developing teams, acting as a director of managed companies, supporting new business initiatives, and helping to enhance profitability while maintaining the highest regulatory and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in offshore fiduciary services.
• A strong track record in client relationship management and complex structures.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of risk, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Degree-level education (law, accountancy or similar) and relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 15 years’ fiduciary experience, including senior management exposure.
