Job Description
Our client is seeking a Temporary Payroll Manager from January to March 2026.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
- Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring payroll is right first time.
- Partner closely with Finance and People teams to ensure accurate and smooth payroll processing.
- Assist payroll-related projects, continuing to build out a global process – documentation, process changes.
- Strengthen internal controls, support audit and reporting compliance.
Key Skills
- Proven experience managing payrolls across multiple countries, including vendor management and compliance (ideally across Europe and North America).
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners.
- Sharp analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Professional payroll certification (e.g. CIPP, CPP) is a plus.
