Job Description
Our client is seeking someone to mentor junior staff, improving operational processes, and supporting financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Governance: Act as a board Director for Client and committee meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage the administration of client portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local legislation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of administrators, conducting appraisals, coaching sessions, and regular 1-to-1s.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a senior point of contact and supporting business development.
- Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements, escalating any concerns appropriately.
- Operational Improvements: Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency across daily tasks and team processes.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with aged debt management and financial reporting, working closely with the Director and Finance team.
Key Skills
- Industry Experience: Solid background in fund administration, ideally within private equity.
- Professional Qualifications: ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent.
