Our client is week a Senior Manager (Private Client) who will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of private clients, building long-term trusted relationships, driving profitability and delivering a consistently high-quality, client-centric service while ensuring strong risk management and regulatory compliance. The role acts as an escalation point for complex technical and service issues, coaches teams to achieve operational excellence, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ trust and company administration experience, proven people management capability, a strong understanding of trust administration, company law and taxation, and ideally hold (or be working towards) a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or CGI, meeting local regulatory standards and demonstrating strong commercial acumen and leadership aligned to the firm’s values.
