Job Description

Our client is seeking a Client Director (Private Client) who will act as a board director for client and company entities, providing senior leadership, governance oversight and expert advice to high-net-worth clients while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance and a client-centric culture across the private client service line. The role involves managing risk and controls, contributing to senior management and risk committees, leading complex projects, and ensuring licence holder responsibilities are discharged with skill, care and diligence. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years’ trust and company administration experience, strong people and stakeholder management skills, and a professional qualification to Professional Level (e.g. STEP or ICSA), with deep technical knowledge of trust administration, company law, taxation, wealth management and financial reporting, and the credibility to meet local regulatory standards and lead teams with influence and integrity.
