Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate - Compliance, Independence & Ethics who will support the delivery of regulatory, independence, and ethical compliance across AML, sanctions, and business conduct, working closely with senior stakeholders to operate and enhance key controls, policies, and monitoring activities.

The role involves reviewing applications and disclosures, investigating breaches, conducting compliance testing, maintaining registers and reporting, supporting regulatory submissions, delivering training, and contributing to process improvements, while providing oversight of core compliance activities and collaborating with cross-jurisdictional teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong compliance or risk experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex regulatory requirements in a highly governed environment.
