Our client is seeking a Trainee Administrator who will support the Operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day business processes. The role involves assisting with database management, preparing basic documentation and reports, supporting new business onboarding and customer due diligence reviews, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal departments. You will gain practical experience by working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to operational projects and governance initiatives while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should be educated to GCSE level and be willing to work towards a relevant professional qualification. The ideal individual is proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, numeracy, and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn about fiduciary risk and regulatory frameworks within a professional environment.
