Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversees business processes to support strategic objectives and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include reviewing and improving workflows, managing operational projects, preparing reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also acts as a key contact for systems and reporting, supports governance initiatives, and manages staff performance by providing leadership, guidance, and feedback. Candidates should hold a relevant Category B professional qualification and have strong operational experience within the Jersey trust industry or a similar environment. The ideal individual is organised, analytical, and collaborative, with proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of fiduciary risk, regulatory frameworks, and operational effectiveness.
